        Ordered Fortaleza for my partners birthday. This is a small batch, hard to come by, bottle of tequila. Its out of stock everywhere near me in Tampa, and I was worried that Prime Times website wasnt accurately displaying their inventory. I also noticed a few bad Google reviews that claimed they never received their package and had trouble with a refund, but took a chance on Prime Time anyways. Received my bottle today in perfect condition and couldnt be more satisfied. Thank you!

        Purchased an item and they failed to deliver. Upon inquiring they sent me a partial refund. Basically they stole from me.

        Ordered items and they never shipped. Provided a fake UPS label that hasnt been picked up in 3weeks. Refuse to respond to over 20 requests for refund or to actually ship. They just continue to send the fake UPS label. Total fraud.
