Where do I start?! Holly guided me through an amazing and easy to navigate journey for a first time, solo homebuyer like me. From our first meeting, you could tell that she truly listens to your wants and needs. Then, given her knowledge of the San Diego area, she would email me recommendations of new listings that met my needs, along with a brief description of what details to look out for on those respective visits. After we found matches, we went on visits together where she was very observant, honest, and caring to ensure I was set up for success for the offers I put down. After we found the right home, she was still able to dedicate her energy to make sure I found the right lender, recommended an honest home inspector, and walked me through the documents signing process. Like I said earlier, this was my first home buying experience, and I am doing it on my own. From start to finish working with Holly was truly impressive. You can tell right off the bat that she sincerely cares about her clients. Early in the process we let Holly know that we have just welcomed a newborn into our family and that showing our home to the public might be a challenge. She listened to our needs and thoughtfully scheduled showings and bunched them up at times that worked around our schedule. That is just one small example of how Holly listens to her clients and goes out of her way to meet their needs. Working with Holly, you can tell she has been in the business for a while and has seen it all. When it came down to what price to list our home and the negotiating phase, you could tell she knew when to push and when to pull. We were amazed at how tactful her approach was. Holly did a fantastic job selling our townhouse! She made the process extremely smooth and stress free! She was able to give us excellent advice on how to get our house ready for the sale. Whenever I had a question for her she was always very responsive and got back to me fast! She is detail oriented and made sure everything was in perfect order for the showing. She also gave us good advice when we received multiple offers and how to best counter those offers. She was able to sell our place for $35,000 over asking price!
Holly also helped us purchase our current home and we could not be more happy with this purchase! We moved from Escondido to Murrieta and Holly was very knowledgeable of the Temecula/ Murrieta area! She helped us find a beautiful home that was large enough to fit our growing family. As with selling our previous home she made the buying process so easy and stress free. She was able to get us our current house at asking price which is an amazing feat in this market!! Holly oh Holly! This gem of an agent was amazing from start to finish. When looking for a realtor, I am looking for someone to do more than tell me where to sign. That was Holly!
She has the niche expertise needed in this very unique San Diego market (and its bidding wars). She provided spot-on guidance that incorporated my financial, family, and style goals and ultimately got my family into our dream home. She was exceptionally thorough and provided me an extensive home inspection report in additional to the standard, killed it at negotiating, and was always available to answer my many questions.
