Our family is so grateful for Christian and his team for how smooth and efficient the entire selling process was. He was able to find a good family to take over the house that has been in our family for almost 60 years. As a first time home buyer the process was pretty daunting, but Christian and Christina's knowledge and experience clearly showed every step of the way as they handled every detail of the transaction and made sure nothing ever fell through the cracks. all i can say is WOW WOW WOW... Christian nd Christina helped me sure a property from a trustee sale. Not only did they drive a fantastic deal for me, they helped me with contractors to help me with Renovations. These guys are top notch and if you are buying a home working with someone else... big mistake....
