My experience working with Nathan Udomsri and the Reliant Mortgage Team was night and day from previous experience I've had with lenders and finance people in general. I'm not a numbers guy, and I'm certainly not rich, so I'm naturally skeptical when it comes to people handling my money. It took a lot for me to feel comfortable making the biggest purchase of my life based on a strangers advice. Nate was incredibly patient and communicative throughout the process, always offering to spend extra time with me to make sure I understood as much of the process as I needed to in order to feel comfortable. He was proactive in his communication -- and even better, sent videos of him going over MY specific details, so I could pause, rewatch, write down questions, etc. The videos weren't generic or meant to replace to 1-on-1 conversations -- they were to there to augment my understanding and ensure that every moment I spent talking with Nate was productive, and not just information flying over my head. I really do feel like I got a 5 star experience throughout the whole process, and I can't thank Nate enough for his help and support.

Nathan has demonstrated excellent customer service, transparent communication, and a willingness to help throughout my home-buying process. He clearly shows that he cares about his clients and protects their best interests. Buying a property can be stressful especially as a first-time home-buyer, but Nathan has tremendously help me throughout this process. He constantly gave updates via text and email about the my loan status and the next step. He answers all my questions promptly, honestly, and transparently. Nathan also took time to educate me and graciously shared tips about the mortgage loan process. It shows that he is generous with his knowledge and wants his clients to be educated, so that they can make informed decision. These are a few reasons why I love working with Nathan and his team (of course I cannot forget about Krynn!). I will definitely work with Nathan and his team in the future. As he always says, Nathan is my biggest supporter! Thank you so much for helping me achieve my dream of becoming a home-owner.
