My family moved down to San Diego back in 2018 and we werent sure how long wed stay. We fell in love with San Diego and were finally ready to start the buying process in 2023. After doing in-depth research on agents in the northeast San Diego area (Poway, RB, PQ), I met with Chad for a coffee to discuss our plans to purchase and all things real estate. It was great to know he grew up in RB, had extensive knowledge of the various neighborhoods in the area, and was well connected. He met my wife and kids when we viewed a house a couple weeks later, and after my wife gave the thumbs up based on his laid back and friendly approach, we decided to work together for our purchase.
Buying a house in 2023 is far from an easy task, but Chad made it as smooth as possible. I also appreciated that he never tried to take an easy way or cut any corners. Even if it was fairly obvious we werent going to get a place based on the price we were willing to pay, he never shied away from meeting us and writing up an offer to give us a chance while also never pushing us to make an offer we werent 100% comfortable with. We also considered buying in Temecula, and he was more than happy to make the long drive to check out a couple places with us.
We ultimately found an amazing home in RB that we absolutely love. Chad viewed the property before us and thought it might be a good fit even though we werent interested based on the photos. Chad was right, it was a perfect fit. Im confident in saying we wouldnt own our home today if it wasnt for Chads ability to navigate the offer and escrow process.
Having previously purchased a couple properties in the Bay Area with an amazing real estate agent, I had high expectations for an agent. I expect an agent to be very knowledgeable of the area, be able to provide good insights on properties and opportunities for improvement, and of course be prompt and clear with communication. Chad delivered on all fronts, and some. He knew the path for getting the deal done and Im very grateful he helped us find our forever home.

Chad is a true professional.
Our experience with Chad was unbelievable. Throughout the flux in the market and interest rates, Chad worked with my wife and I through the pandemic, seamlessly coordinating with listing agents during the challenges that the pandemic brought. My wife and I are admittedly very particular regarding the home we wanted to buy. Chad was also extremely efficient with the requirements of funding a VA loan. We ended up in the perfect house that we are currently enjoying very much.

We have been working with Chad for years and highly recommend him. . We have worked with Chad for many years and over those years have had many transactions. The latest was an ask of Chad to find a home for my Daughter and her family. This ask was a year ago. They were living on the CA Central Coast and had been wanting to move closer to the family here in San Diego North County. The home we were looking to purchase for them needed to be unique and close to us so the ask was going to be very challenging and we knew could take some time. Out of the blue Chad called me to say he found what he thought was the home that met everything we were looking for. He met us at the property that day and it was definitely the one. We put in our offer that night and were successful in closing on the home a month later with my Daughter and her family moving in two days after closing. Having them close to us has brought unimaginable joy to our entire family. We are so lucky to have someone like Chad working with us. I know we can count on him and trust in his ability without question.
