Sea Breeze Properties

Seabreeze Management has been awesome for my family's primary residence HOA these past three years. They seem to keep the whole neighborhood in sparkling condition, without ever being unreasonable or too strict. They respond in a very professional, personable and timely fashion. Seabreeze helped assist us a few different times in getting some new landscape approved, in addition to a change of some trim paint color on our exterior. The processes are very simple and straight-forward. They do a good job keeping residents in the loop. Great property management company.

I am very impressed by how quickly Seabreeze Management was able to get involved in all small and big issues related to our community. I have lived in the same residence for 5 years and can see a big shift when the community switched to Seabreeze. They are on top of everything, very proactive, energetic and multitasking. They are problem solvers and patient with community members requests. The way they communicate with me confirms that they are on the ball of managing all property owners.

Really just amazing service from Seabreeze Management. Friendly, likable and very helpful with any questions weve had. Not only did they let us go at our own pace when looking at the place but didn't get flustered at all when I discovered features he hadn't yet noticed, he actually seemed to appreciate it. Overall I dont know what we would have done without Seabreeze. Im happy we found them when we did.

Seabreeze Management has managed our property, a single family home, for us for several years. They have done a great job for us and are not only responsive but also very proactive.
