Derek came to my house, changed the bearings on our trailer and installed a back up camera to our trailer and showed me how it works. AMAZINGLY nice guy to work with. I would recommend having any work done by him!

What a outstanding and professional person Derek was! As a new RV owner the frustrations of a broken water heater were getting to me. He had my problems diagnosed and fixed in 30 mins, but the part that stood out is he spent time explainging to me what to look for next time, and ways to troubleshoot! Great knowledge, and people skills and he worked around my busy schedule. If you have a issue call him first you wont regret it!

I'm a fan! A little over 2 years ago I purchased a new Minnie Winnie. After owning the Winnie for 8 months I took it back to the dealer for some major warranty work. They had my Winnie for 4 months! I was spending several nights a week in my Winnie at a property I purchased and not having the trailer was a huge inconvenience. A couple of weeks ago, I had scheduled to take the trailer to the dealer for a list of issues including a recall on the spare tire holder. Fortunately I had an issue with the 12V system and couldn't bring in the slide out. Fortunately because I contacted Derek based on the reviews and he did not disappoint. It's wonderful that he works on the trailer onsite and does an awesome job of trouble shooting. I learned about my trailer in the process and feel more comfortable in dealing with issues in the future. I'm certain that the dealer would have charged me more plus the inconvience of not having the trailer. Thank you Derek!

If you need RV help Call Derek before anyone else, otherwise you'll end up calling him later after trying to work with any other RV Repair service in the area. I had a leak under my unit from an unknown source. Derek was able to get to me faster than I expected and was able to repair a completely demolished Grey Tank drain pipe. Derek is truly down to earth and all around good guy. PLUS he comes to you, you DON'T have to unhook, and drag your unit to him. Too bad he isn't closer to my home town! I wish him the Best of Luck!!
