Do NOT use this company at all costs! This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. We got quotes from 3 different structural engineers and thought since this company was local to us and their timelines fit ours, that it would be a seamless process. I was very wrong.
Not only are they extremely unprofessional, they are not timely or responsive. I started this process with them in end of October and it is now mid December and I still do not have my completed plans. It is a SIMPLE project of taking out a small wall and putting in a window.
The only reason I have any type of plans right now, which were wrong several times already, is because I am constantly calling and emailing. Even with all that, they were not responsive or communicative. It appears like a very fragmented "company" if I can even call it that.
I am going to submit a complaint to the BBB because no one should have to deal with the incredibly unprofessional, unorganized and untimely service...or should I say lack thereof.
I'm still waiting on the final plans. I can't wait for it to be done so I can be done with these people.
If I could retract payment, I would. The worst experience of my life.
