        Excellent customer service. As a retainer we oftentimes have issues with measurements and sizing. Scott (our sales rep) has always been there to help resolve every issue. However, they could upgrade the online experience and use printed rather than photocopied instructions.

        I would give Skandia zero stars if that was an option. Skandia has been the worst retail experience I have ever had. They totally screwed up my shutters and did not want to accept any blame. I had two window professionals, independent of each other, tell me that it was the worst shutter installation they have ever seen. Do not buy any products from Skandia. Once they lose all of their dealer network, maybe then the owner will realize how he has ruined a once good company.
