        They are never properly staffed and take forever to process one order. If you want to wait 20 minutes for a coffee this is the place to go! They have also given or tried to give me the wrong order multiple times. The last time I went, my frappachino was like soup, it was melted. I have really tried to give this place a chance, but do not go here if you want coffee. Find another location, believe me. Go here only if you are desperate specifically for starbucks and have 20+ minutes to wait.

        I give this place 4 stars because the employees are nice and do their best to provide fast service. Lost a star because coffee drinks are usually misses. From the color alone you can tell this tasted like swamp water
