David was referred to me to aid in the installation of a new tankless water heater. He installed an outdoor outlet that was up to code for the outdoor wall-mounted water heater to plug into and it has been running perfectly for a year and a half now! David also installed new outlets in two of my rooms that were lacking wall outlets and he did a great job! The outlets look and work great! His costs were reasonable and he was honest and up front about pricing and timing. I plan to use Franklin Electric for any future electrical needs that pop up.

I've used Franklin Electric on several occasions over the years, for my own rental property and for HOA common-area work a multi-residence building in SF. I am very happy with every experience I've had. David Franklin is very responsive, clear and concise in his estimates, and performs very professional, clean work. His pricing is reasonable, and he communicates promptly if the cost or availability of a part changes for approval before proceeding with work. Finding a good electrician at a manageable cost is tough in this town. Once I found Franklin Electric that was it- David Franklin is "MY Electrician", and I'm so grateful!
