        Our big anniversary dinner was a huge letdown. Despite saving up for this special occasion and hearing rave reviews from friends, our experience fell far short of expectations. The service wasy poor, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. It was curt and lacked any warmth or hospitality. Some of the menu items were unfamiliar to us, and instead of assistance, we felt judged for not being more knowledgeable about the cuisine. Overall, the evening felt awkward and unwelcoming. It's a shame that what was supposed to be a memorable night turned into a regrettable experience.. pretty sad!

        Terrific food, but table service in the bar area was terrible. They also made a massive mistake with the check (not in my favor). They said they would remove the item theyd messed up from the check, and did not. The service soured the experience.

      The Cavalier is a London-inspired brasserie, located adjacent to Hotel Zetta in San Francisco’s SoMA neighborhood. The upscale British influenced restaurant is brought to you by Executive Chef Jennifer Puccio, managing partner James Nicholas, and award winning San Francisco designer, Ken Fulk. The 135-seat restaurant is divided into four unique, intimate spaces: the Blue Bar, Main Dining Room, Wine Stables, and Rail Car. The interior is designed with deep leather banquettes, polished brass, zinc and white marble, lending a posh and sultry feel.
