San Francisco Terrazzo

Ryan and Randy were very kind, professional and helpful during my interactions with them. Ryan came over to inspect my worksite (residential) to give me a quote. He came to the conclusion that the concrete I that would be under the terrazzo was not suitable for terrazzo to go on top. He let me know that the terrazzo would crack quickly if placed on top of it. He then explained what we could do to move forward with terrazzo and also gave me ideas for flooring alternatives. He was more than generous with his time. He even texted with me afterwards and helped me with a few other questions. Based on integrity alone, anyone wanting terrazzo should give them their business. It was clear Ryan knew what he was talking about. FYI: I could not find them at the address listed above. Contact them via yelp.

Randy and his crew did a wonderful job fixing the terrazzo on my house's front steps. We are very happy with the work, and with the people who came to our house. The house is from 1922, and there were large cracks in the bottom step from previous earthquakes. My grandfather had poured cement in the cracks in the 1980s thinking that would work. Also, I live on a busy street where people like to sit on the steps and eat and drink. I noticed someone had been chipping the vulnerable spots in the terrazzo, causing more damage. SF Terrazzo came and fixed everything. They replaced the entire bottom terrazzo step and poured cement in the front. They also repaired the areas that had been cracked. They cleaned the steps. Sealed all the areas. This work was done in October 2019 and continues to look great 13 months later.

It took awhile due to COVID but they completed the job and the price was fair.  I would definately use them again

I'm very satisfied.  The price was fair.  The workmanship was fabulous. My stairs look great! The workers were prompt, responsible and very likable.  I couldn't be happier.
