        Positive: there's a good selection of products and the sales staff is helpful and friendly. Negative: the pricing of products at this store and any of the others in the chain are subject to sales person and situation... much like a car salesperson. Sorry to say, but buyer beware

        Probably my last review was for this company, this time Rose helped me out. Great team, and company. She delivered her promises, and when one of their products did not work for us this time, she was gracious and understanding. Definitely recommend this company.

        Beware of using The Floor Store and your own contractors. To save money,  I used my own contractors to install the tile I purchased. The tile was not shipped correctly, and it was delivered way past the promised date. The store told me that the tile company made a mistake the first time and didn't ship the title on the promised date after the first miss-shipment. There is not a lot of coordination between the store and the warehouse. Staff often seemed confused about what was going on. Lots of phone calls and emails to get the matter taken care of.
