Christine is an incredibly effective nutritional coach! I had never worked with a coach before, and wasn't quite sure what to expect. She is so approachable, nonjudgmental, and knowledgable. She was willing to work with my lifestyle and tastes to make healthy changes that are sustainable for me. I also appreciated the time she would take explaining the science behind her suggestions - she has clearly studied nutrition in impressive depth, but is able to break it down for those of us who haven't. I absolutely recommend getting a consultation with her to see if she might be able to help you as well! Thank you Christine :)

Christine Selig is amazing. She is a great listener, and knows how to identify the big and small changes that you are ready to make that really add up to getting healthier (and slimmer!). About 6 years ago I changed how I eat based on inspiration from Chis and the Dr. Fuhrman books, and I'm still (mostly!) sticking with it.

I highly recommend Christine as a nutritional coach!  I felt very comfortable talking to her right from the start.  She is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, positive, and encouraging.  She helped me focus on the positives of what I was doing and helped me to look at new things to try for the coming week.  Anytime I had a question she would answer it and to follow up she would also e-mail me articles and more information.  After only 6 weeks she helped me make lasting changes to my diet.   If you are looking for a supportive person to help you change your diet, look no further.

I worked with Christine for a number of months and it was great!  She is enthusiastic, smart, and not too dogmatic!  Over that time I refined my diet, and got much clearer about what was good for me to eat and why that was so.  I'm a vegetarian, and I thought Christine did a great job helping me.  I also appreciated her flexibility--some of her suggestions did not work for me, or I knew would take some time getting used to them, and this didn't become a big deal.  She is super-helpful, and she really listens to you.   Overall, I feel like my health improved, and I'm still implementing a lot of what she suggested.  If you have health problems, I'd definitely suggest her as a resource!  I gave her 5 stars because it was so helpful.
