I've been using Mochi for a little over a month and have nothing but wonderful things to say. My provide, Dr. Elizabeth Klenk, is a freaking angel that I just love so much. Every question that I have is answered via chat, usually in less than a day and medication always comes to me in 48-72 hours despite their 14 day ETA. I've tried Sequence, and I felt like a number on a page and that they truly couldn't care less about my success, just my money. Mochi's business model is really to set you up for success and to provide education and TRUE support along the way. 10/10 recommend.
