You think you are paying a set price for cleaners to come out each month but yet. You have to pay for the platform, pay the cleaner, pay service fees and pay the platform again. I felt tricked into signing up with that false advertisement! UPDATE: a representative did reach out to me to clarify all misunderstandings. Im glad to know they do have people able to rectify disputes after all. Thank you

Update 4/8. The Resolution team (Jem) was very persistent and I appreciate that . Jem went out of her way to apologize and make things right . I appreciated this customer service . ******My first clean was amazing . One cleaner we used more than once was also amazing . But It seems I get different cleaners ( some good , some not ) and it's hard to figure out what it will cost you . Four hours of cleaning ranges from $82 - $199. The most expensive was the least thorough . You are stuck paying your six months membership whether you use them or not . Overall , I'm very disappointed and would not refer to family and friends .

Very misleading and misguiding terms and conditions. $19 is just to grab your attention. So much more is written in small fine print which is not even visible at first sight. They charge monthly membership (I didnt even realize while setting up first time service) and if you cancel, they charge approximately $170. Looks like all other reviews have suffered the same issue. I would recommend everyone to report this to better business bureau. We may not get our money back but Im pretty sure this business will go down!

First time, cleaner did okay. Second time she missed the kitchen, the shelves and side tables in the living room, left hair in the tub and had to use my cleaning supplies and vacuum. When I cancelled they continued to charge me monthly and charged full rate on cleanung and only a $10 discount for the bad cleaning Stay away from this company at all costs.
