The Melt

The food (specifically the cheese) DOES melt, very accurate to its name. The ingredients are so unique and delicious. The atmosphere is very nice, the staff were friendly and there was nice music playing at a good volume.

It wasn't bad. The first experience I had here was horrible, but I recently stopped in again out of desperation and because I had my hungry daughter with me. So, now they offer regular condiments and stuff for the burgers, not just a weird minced up mixture of pickles and stuff. I appreciate that. I feel like a burger is supposed to have lettuce tomatoe onions and pickles on it, regardless of where it's coming from. That's just the standard across the country. So, good on you for being reasonable Also, it was around 5ish and when we came in the restaurant was empty, but it quickly filled up. However I didn't feel pressure to leave or hurry up. They treated everybody equally and with kindness. And my daughter kept going back and forth to the employee who was working because she kept forgetting random stuff, ketchup, the soda cup, etc.. anyways, the employee was very patient and kind with my daughter despite having a large line forming because of it being the dinner rush. Overall, I'm happy to say that they've definitely changed my mind about the business so far. And if they maintain good food, great customer service, and put a little more money into adverts, I could see this company scaling over the next 10 years. Keep up the good work and thank you for the beautiful meal. Kid-friendliness: Kids suck, they're indecisive, messy, and often times aren't equipped with dining etiquette. However, if we don't bring our children out, how will they learn these skills..? That's where the customer service skill set comes into play. And these guys played the game like a professional they were very kind, patient, and helpful with my daughter. Thank you.
