I can't imagine Ponch getting anything less than a 5-star review from anyone who really gets to experience his expertise and genuine kindness. His prices are great. His patience is endless. He is always professional and prompt with his service but will also go out of his way to take care of you like family. He truly wants to make sure your eyes are taken care of and that you have the best fittings lens possible for your needs. He is a gem.

I have been going to Ponch for years, but, out of convenience, I have been going to Ponch for years, but out of convenience went to another optician.  Yesterday, I returned to his store, and was reminded of why I went to him in the first place. More important than his rock bottom prices (he always seems to have specials), was his unparalleled service.  He is both passionate about his products and about customer service. Case in point, though I didn't ask for it, Ponch eliminated my need for reading glasses, by giving special prescriptions for each eye.  No other optician has been able to accomplish this. I look forward to continuing to refer many friends and family to him.

I've been going to Ponch for years and years, I'd say more than 20 years.  I've also referred my two sons and they both enjoy Contact Lens Expo a lot.   Why?  With their unbeatable prices and top notch customer service, I have to say it's hard to find some place else.  Whenever I need to order contact lens, I will call or email Ponch.  I always enjoy talking to him because his soft tone of voice and enthusiasm make me feel very comfortable.  He is also honest and always gives special prices to his customers.  The only small thing is that the rebate programs are kind of frustrating.  I know that is totally not his fault, it is the corporations that make the whole rebate process so difficult and it also takes a long time to get our rebates.  I have to do it since the rebate amounts are not small, $150 - $300.  If it's just a small amount, I'm like forget it. :)  Anyway, I'm so glad I found this place for my contact lens and I hope the business will continue and last forever.  Thank you Ponch!

When I inquired about the types of contact lenses, the person the on phone told me, in a literal quote, "to use my common sense." How rude.
