3 stars because I love Dr. Slamovich. But I found the staff to be not very helpful. Eye exams are very expensive and they have a limited selection of frames. The frames are also rather expensive for what you get.

Dr. Amy Tran and their staff is wonderful and fun. They laugh of my jokes while taking good care of my eyes.

Doctor was rude, (I felt) condescending, and prices were not quoted upfront. $10 was highlighted, and afterwards $82 was stated for the contact lens examination, even after insurance coverage. Doctor said they would withhold the contact prescription after the exam was done, tried to not prescribe lenses just because I had said sometimes they were dry, forcing an upsell into what are probably the new lucrative pairs, until I stated otherwise. Multiple condescending jabs, trying to treat me like a kid while I was trying to research online. Doctor even had the audacity to request the contact lens part of the prescription because I didnt pay for that portion. As a cherry on top, doctor asked to TAKE BACK the 5 trial pairs of two types of contacts afterwards, knowing that I was low on contacts for the holidays?!? Receptionist was well intentioned. This kind of clinic is exactly what I would want to avoid in the future.

I never felt so judged in my life. The frames, though beautiful, were very expensive. I only intended to spend no more than 250. I was basically told to go elsewhere.

Great glasses offerings Doctor is rude and always running at least 30 minutes late Staff hates it here and most have moved on to other offices around the city
