It was my first time to get my glasses in this optician. It took me a long time to choose the frames I am a picky person, but the staffs in this optician store were very nice! Very professional! Very patient to help me choose the right and comfortable glasses I like! I am very satisfied with not only the service, attitude and professionalism. The quality is also excellent! Ms. Lisa, Sophia and Angel were helping me! They were also excellent!!!

Dr. Tsang & associates were very kind and understanding of my needs. I broke my ortho-k lenses on a Sunday and they were able to service me the same day! Received my replacement lens a couple days later. The process couldnt have gone any smoother. As a first time patient, I could tell Dr Tsang cares a lot about her patients. I dont think any other store would have been able to help me as efficiently as Golden Vision!

As someone with an uncommon eye condition, Dr. Tsang treated my situation with the utmost urgency and compassion. She rush shipped the new lenses I needed to see/conduct life as normal, and also proposed alternative workarounds in the interim while waiting for them. I would unequivocally recommend Dr. Tsang and the rest of the Golden Vision staff for their compassionate, patient-centric approach they exhibited during my visit there.
