I've been Dr. Rich 's patient for many years. He's very knowledgeable, thorough and kind. He also has a wide selection of unique eyeglasses . His staff is friendly . I highly recommend him .

I like Dr. Rich and started going to him after I had a bad experience downtown when I had issues getting the right prescription for my glasses. My whole family goes there (husband and daughter) and they have been very helpful with paperwork for insurance. They also have a wonderful selection of frames and I have purchased several pairs of glasses and continue to get compliments on them with people wondering where I got them. I highly recommend this business. Staff has been very helpful in getting the right pair of glasses for me.

Dr Rich and staff is great! We were on vacation and my husband broke his glasses. So we went there and they arrange them fast and good. Than we asked to bye some contact lenses and Dr checked vision and then just gave us free samples of lenses free of charge like a present. We were really happy. Many thanks to Dr Rich and his staff.

The staff at City Optix are so slow, rude, and negligent. They make many errors and lie about those errors instead of being professional enough to be transparent. I have never had a scheduled meeting or order arrive without negligence and errors that require ME to follow up. I am utterly shocked at this location.
