    I've been training with Francisco for about 1.5 years now and without a doubt I can say it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. I started with pretty much no experience in the gym, and Francisco helped to make the journey much easier with clear instruction on programs, how to do different exercises, and teaching me about nutrition. He's very knowledgeable and I feel like I'm always learning new things every time we train. I really appreciate that he always pushes me and keeps me accountable and just tries to get the most out of me. It's a big commitment and can be very hard work (especially his leg days), but if you stick with it you will definitely see results. With Francisco's help, I've gone from pretty much squatting nothing to now being able to squat 315. Absolutely a life changing decision that you will not regret.

    Vargas Performance is one of the best investments that you will make for yourself. Francisco goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the utmost results. Ive worked with Francisco for numerous preps: photoshoots, post-partum, sports performance etc. Ive yet to see a coach/trainer who programs so effectively while accustoming workouts and meals to maximize efficiency as well. He is flexible, empathetic, but also provides the appropriate accountability to make sure that you look your ABSOLUTE BEST. BEST investment you will make.

    This is the most I've ever spent on my health and it's totally worth it. Sometimes you need a bit of push (sometimes literally) to make an important change in your life; Francisco's got the knowledge, experience, and teaching skills to help you get there safely & efficiently. I am stronger than ever: from not using plates, to deadlifting 235, squatting 190, and benching 85. A 5 lbs. kettlebell used to make my arms shake. It's incredibly rewarding to consistently hit PR's every month on different exercises from putting in hard work in the gym, no shortcuts. Why do I continue to train with Francisco even though it's been 1.5 years, and I'm likely proficient in the gym on my own? Life happens. As long as I make the 30 min trek to the gym, he will assess where I am and make a program that meets me where I am/ what I have to give on that day. This ensures I see continuous, incremental progress and keeps me motivated. The best accountabilibuddy. Tip: Try to implement his recommendations. My a-ha moment came when I gorged on food during a vacation because I could plan my meals better and actually ended up losing weight. He had been telling me for *months* to eat a whole lot more and exactly how to.
