Dr. Kristoffer Ning Chang is the best plastic surgeon in San Francisco, period. His unwavering ethics and commitment to patient safety and professionalism is above those of all his colleagues. I cannot recommend him enough.

I cannot recommend Dr. Chang. I liked him tremendously and thought I could trust him to care about my best interest. However, he broke the trust when he put the interests of his practice before patient results and privacy concerns. I have legitimate reasons for my disappointment. First, I did not receive the results that I deserved after paying him a massive amount of money to repeatedly address mostly the same areas. Secondly, I requested that he delete pictures of me which are over 7 years old for privacy concerns, but he refused. He didnt care about my sensitivity and vulnerability. There's no legal reason to keep photos after 7 years. It is unacceptable, insensitive, and unethical for a doctor to keep old photos when a patient has asked for them to be deleted. This has all been extremely upsetting and has saddened me.

A true artist. An incredible surgeon with experience who tackles the most difficult procedures and executes them beautifully. Highly recommended.

Dr. Kristoffer Ning Chang is exceptional and is one of the most wonderful people I have ever met. Not only is he an incredibly gifted surgeon, but he is an incredibly kind and caring person who is not obsessed with the money in this industry. This is a RARE combination for a plastic surgeon. He also has an amazing staff! I have consulted with many plastic surgeons, and I've had things done by different surgeons. Out of all the surgeons I've consulted or dealt with, Dr. Chang is the ONLY one that is not greedy and/or arrogant, and he is the ONLY one that I feel truly cares about the patient and making his work as fantastic as possible. He stands behind his work. Dr. Chang really takes the time to talk with you. His work is meticulous and beautiful. He takes safety extremely seriously so I feel completely comfortable in his hands. And because he is not obsessed with money, he will NEVER talk you into having something done that you didn't request or need just to make a sale. I highly recommend Dr. Kristoffer Ning Chang and recommend him over any other surgeon!!! In summary, his work is amazing, he is very confident by not arrogant, he is not annoyingly motivated by money, he is extremely safe, and he genuinely cares about his patients and doing the best work possible for them. He is truly a one in a billion plastic surgeon!!!
