Pretty disappointing experience to try out a ski boot fitting. Wasted almost an hour waiting with no one (except me) on the list at 1pm on a weekend. Left after an employee told me I would have to wait even longer.

Amazing bike work at a very fair price!! Jamie, Thad and the entire bike service team have done amazing work for me. There is nothing they haven't seen- from my salt-encrusted commuter to high end mountain bikes and road machines, they can handle it all. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Great to have confidence in the maintenance I will receive every time I bring a bike in. Something that I cannot say about any other shop. Thanks guys

Incompetent staff refused to process SFPUC coupon for an e-bike because they claimed that the specific model (Aventon Sinch.2) wasnt on the qualified product list. It in fact was on the official list from the SFPUCs site, but the manager on duty, Terry, was not budging. The best he could commit to was emailing the city and getting back to us, but were leaving on a month long trip tomorrow and wont get back in time to use the coupon (or take advantage of the ongoing free battery promotion from Aventon). Horrible experience. Stick to the Bryant or Stonestown locations instead.
