They said my birth certificate is too blurry and they can't translate it, at first I thought they were talking about the photo was too blurry so I emailed them the document again then realized they were actually talking about the document itself. But I got quotes from two other translate service companies for the same document, so I guess it is not my birth certificate is too "blurry", it's just they are not able to translate it. Also the person is pretty rude on email, if you are translating something from Chinese to English, I would recommend you to try some where else.
