Terrible exchange policy. I have spent ALOT of money at this boutiques and never returned anything. I asked to exchange something that turned out to be too large and they refused to give me an exchange or store credit because it had been more than 5 days. I was away on a work trip for a week. The sales associate immediately dismissed me, put the item back in the back & pushed it across the counter to me. No apologies no options just a judgmental glare. DO NOT buy from this store. They are very rude and do not care about their loyal customers. I would shop at CURRENT on Fillmore instead. Just as cute, and the prices are better
