The program was was more than expected. I felt that the curriculum was suited to me. I feel that that addiction is a symptom of larger, deeper issues, which was addressed. quit a lot of what is taught here I had already thought about in the last three years or so. it is nice to be validated in my beliefs and I believe that I have the tools to stay sober, happy and at peace. thank you.

I had a wonderful experience at Elevate. I achieved my fitness goals, was able to practice mindfulness and sit with my emotions and detox from anti-depressants and drugs and alcohol, establishing healthy eating, sleeping and exercise habits.

Elevate Additions Services gave me new skills for handling adversity that will assist me in my everyday life. A main component of the program focused on Mindfulness - being in the present not focusing on the future or past. This practice is similar to meditating and is helpful in clearing your mind and helping you to be ready to focus on a task at hand. I learned to forgive myself for my past actions and take responsibility for them. I gained a sense of confidence and self-respect by completing the various assignments in the curriculum. It was a very powerful program that I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a non-12 step approach.
