I simply must express my utmost satisfaction with the A1 Heating and Cooling team, spearheaded by Ramon, Louis, Rodrigo, and Elmer, who handled our HVAC installation impeccably! Their performance was truly exceptional; not only did they install our system flawlessly, but they also took the initiative to address minor household issues, ensuring everything was in perfect order. Their demeanor was professional, and they diligently tidied up after themselves each day. Every team member remained focused and committed to completing all assigned tasks. I strongly doubt that smaller companies would have demonstrated the same level of dedication. While some companies may have chosen to cut corners, A1 Heating and Cooling prioritized quality without inflating the pricemaking their service an outstanding value. I also want to give a shoutout to Bill for his help in suggesting the perfect system for our needs. Working with him was a breezehe's knowledgeable and great to work with, making the whole process smooth sailing. Bill's expertise really made a difference and added to the overall positive experience with A1 Heating and Cooling. They even provided a comprehensive tour of the attic and installation areas, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail with the application of aluminum foil tape and other materials. Unlike the occasional sloppy work seen with contractors, their craftsmanship was flawless. Additionally, Rodrigo graciously rectified an issue in one of the installation areas at no extra cost. Such exemplary service cements my decision to entrust future projects to A1 Heating and Cooling. Their work truly deserves commendation!

Horrible Customer service and backed out of quote I received an estimate and accepted it but since I live in a condo I need HOA approval to move forward. After waiting a month, I received approval on the units and scope of work provided in the estimate. I let A-1 know I received approval and they sent someone out for final measurements. That evening I get a new quote, with completely different units and a major change in scope of work. They didnt mention anything to me on these changes when they were here in person. This is a bit suspicious to me, it seems like they purposely mislead me. Somehow the price was the same for a less efficient unit with many added fees, including a crane for $900 I called to get an explanation and was told you dont need to accept the quote. They said now they need a crane because its too difficult to move the unit through the stairway $900. They also said they stopped selling the original unit I was quoted. This all seems like critical information to share since they knew I was waiting for HOA approval. I would need to resubmit based on different units and the need for a crane instead of using the stairs. Obviously they dont care and didnt want my business. Before writing this I tried to give them a 2nd chance by calling the CEO, no call back. Horrible customer service, backed out on the promised quote
