Dr. Caitlan Gignac, Naturopathic Doctor

For over 3 years under the care of Dr. Gignac, I have been able to heal several different ailments including eczema, stress/anxiety, and BV/yeast infections to name a few. She really takes a holistic approach and has implemented treatments such as supplements, homeopathics, elimination diets, as well as lifestyle changes to help me gain control of my health again. She is very attentive, receptive, and caring every step of the way. I always look forward to our appointments because I feel heard and acknowledged with every interaction. I have finally found confidence in myself to heal, having learned so much from Dr. Gignac. I highly recommend her practice!

Dr Cignac has been great. I came in with complaints about energy and poor sleep. She discovered through bloodwork that I was taking too much vitamin D and that I had other hormonal deficiencies related to being perimenopausal. I am now taking a number of supplements and I am feeling much better. I am really grateful for her guidance through this challenging time for me.

I only started seeing Dr Gignac a couple months ago, but within those couple months she was able to help me with my severe acid reflux problem. I was amazed bc I had tried different over the counter meds such as Nexium with little results. I was simply amazed how quickly her regiment was able to help me. I dont have issues sleeping at night or wake up in the middle of the night due to Acid Reflux. I feel like Acid Reflux is in my past now.

I'm so glad I found Dr. Gignac. I had a few women's health related problems going on for a long time and I originally had been seeing my General Practitioner and Gynos for it, but I was never satisfied because their treatments consisted of antibiotics which would take care of the symptoms , but the issue come up again consistently :/ I was tired of it and wanted to find something more natural so I looked up naturopathic doctors. Dr. Gignac was incredibly patient and is a great listener. She's very knowledgeable and helped me resolve one of my issues with natural ingredients and without antibiotics. I wish I had found her sooner! She's a delight to work with and she helped find out the root of the problem. I'm so relieved to have this issue resolved. I feel more confident and less stressed because of it. I have been seeing her since February 2021 and now currently working on something else. I would 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Gignac is amazing. I contacted her about 2 years ago to help my son with attention disorder and nutritional support/digestive issues. She has been so supportive, so caring and understanding. She has helped my son tremendously. We have been so happy with the improvement in my sons ADD, digestion and diet. Her range of knowledge in all natural medicines is wonderful. She is always willing to explore/adjust treatments to get the best outcome. I highly recommend her!
