Our dishwasher was not working and we were able to make an appointment online. Someone came out the next day to inspect the dishwasher. It was related to a water valve issue which was fixed and I was charged for just labor. I ran the dishwasher the next day and noticed my dishwasher still wasn't cleaning so I called them again. Since I had a 90 day labor warranty they were able to send someone back to my house and they fixed the issue. My dishwasher works great now

The good news is that they came out in less than 24 hours over the weekend.  The other news is that they quoted me $1,420 on top of the $69 evaluation fee to replace the compressor on my Kenmore Elite refrigerator.  So $1,489, and couldn't install it before 3 more days.  Reached out to another repair company, the same day (Saturday) and they came out the same day and replaced the compressor for $880!!!!!  Sub Zero HVAC Super rip offey!

They replaced my furnace which was a big old furnace sitting in the garage. During the installation they added a dedicated electric switch extra safety measures which I liked. My AC unit happened to be sitting at the bottom of the furnace so once they lifted the old furnace, they cleaned the AC unit for free which was nice. They give you a Nest 3rd gen thermostat with some discount or a brand new digital screen thermostat for free. The whole project finished in couple hours with everything working. Services: Installation, Heating system maintenance

I was looking for a hvac professional to hook up the Common wire for me for my smart thermostat. They showed up on time but w/o a face mask, and w/o looking into my furnace connection, he immediately told me its a hard job and that I blow up the fuse and that it will cost me $560 to do the job. We decline and at least he did not charge me for showing up. 2 weeks later, I hired another company, the guy showed up with a face mask and I explained to him what I needed, he check my furnace and found out that the C wire was not connected in my zone circuit board, he connected the C wire, finished connecting my Ecobee and it works like a charm. Since he finished within the hour, he even checked my zone system to make sure it is working and my cost of the service is $140

Back in the 1990s, a lot of Windows PCs had this button on the case that said, "Turbo."  If you pressed the button, then "turbo" mode would be on and the computer would run faster.  If you released the button, "turbo mode" was off.Back then, there was a joke among desktop support and IT professionals about being dispatched to somebody's home for the turbo button.  The user complains that their computer is suddenly sluggish, so a tech would go out there, only to find the "turbo button" has been toggled.   Press that button and leave! So, turbo buttons eventually died out. But when I had Sub Zero come to my house today, there was something very familiar about this situation.  I felt like it was the turbo button all over again. My refrigerator had started making a Ioud and worrisome clicking noise.   I wasn't sure what was wrong.  It sounded like something was impeding a motor or fan's ability to move.  The faster the fan moved, the more pronounced the clicking. I felt like this needed to be investigated ASAP and was pleased to discover that Sub Zero had same-day availability.  I was expecting them between 12 and 2.  The technician was available before 11 and called me, offering to come by early. I appreciate the chance to mark one more thing off my list a little ahead of schedule. Ten minutes after arrival, the technician had diagnosed and addressed the issue. It turned out some small piece of a plastic bag had wound up behind the fridge and got stuck in a fan.  The fridge itself was fine, which was a huge relief. The technical had to charge the minimum labor, which was $185.  Being available on short notice, flexible on the timing, and quick to address kt6would deserve at least 4 stars.  But the tech went above and beyond.  Recognizing that he hadn't done very much, he offered to take some time and clean out the dust and crud that had been clogging up my fridge's compressor.  He had a special vacuum that he used, so he left my fridge not only quieter than he found it but cleaner.$185 is a small price to pay for the assurance that nothing was seriously wrong with my refrigerator. Thank you!
