Very intelligent and responsive staff! My new driver's license was stolen from mail truck on Monday and the thief tried to use it at this branch over the weekend. The representative lady L was so smart and professional. She got hold of my DL from the thief and called me to collect it back. A big thanks to L (sorry I forgot her name) for helping me collect my new DL and prevent fraud transactions on my accounts. Also a big boo to DMV because they told me "your ID hasn't been mailed out yet, just rest at ease."

I am amazed by the lack of ratings for this place because my experience of opening a new account there was truly exceptional. The banker went above and beyond to ensure that I had a smooth and memorable experience. Even after my visit, they stayed in constant communication, readily available to assist with any additional needs I had. I highly recommend this place for its outstanding customer service and dedication to their clients.
