The staff were really nice when I walked in the branch. I didnt have an appointment with them and one of the staff members introduced me to Kyle. Kyle was super nice and quick in helping me apply for a new credit card! Would recommend this branch to friends and family!

Worse experience ever! Walked there 2 times to open an account, first time the guy had zero understanding of what I was requesting and kept going back to the other staff to ask, then he was not able to speak English.... I just left. Second attempt I got the same result.

The worst customer service experience ever they don't value your time. Chase held my checks for 6 weeks. I visited the branch twice, called them and emailed Allen, Asst VP several times but received no assistance. They even promised to call me back, but never did. In the end, I had to file a complaint to the office of the Controller of the Currency to resolve my issue.
