        I'm planning on closing my account. This place is about as uncaring as they come. They put holds on everything, even cashiers checks and no matter how long you've had an account. I had my wallet stolen and was stabbed and taken to regional trauma one. While I was in hospital my cards were used. I explained that I couldnt have been shopping because I was in hospital. They still would not credit me until they finished investigating and they charged me 5 overdraft fees @ $29 each.  The manager said she would call me back but never did. Awful customer service too. When and if they finally answer the phone they are rude!
