        FOOD: Shorting meals! Be sure you double check your Togo orders before leaving! On multiple occasions our orders were short. Containers of Mac~ n~cheese, soups, or salad. Arriving home with multiple orders shorted is literally taking money from the consumer. Nobody should have to return to complain. The consumer should be able to trust the establishment with their orders. SERVICE: Every time I walk in to a Panera I see employees standing behind the counter looking at me to walk over to their Kiosk to place my order. I get the need for kiosks but the feeling of hey its up to you to place your order, over there, not here! Blah on their customer service! ATMOSPHERE: I like Paneras vibe. If it werent for all the employees huddling in the back and not interacting or providing simple service such as not cleaning the tables, chairs, and booths. CONCLUSION: The menu options are great and the food is good. With the correct team in place, I truly believe this Panera location will do much better with their SALES, this only comes from SERVICE and TRUST. I look forward to when Panera gets back on its feet. Until then its a 1 star from me.
