Dr. Chao negligently dislocated my neck bones after several treatments. He has no X-ray equipments and his hand adjusting is not accurate sometimes. I had to go to other Chiropractor after suffering from his treatment.

Dr. Chao is an irresponsible chiropractor. After several times of his treatments, he negligently dislocated my neck bones, and I had to go to another Chiropractor to adjust it. He has no X-ray equipments and likes mocking his injuries patients.

My mom had an injury for over a year, she came here & he cured her in such a short time. I was also seen here regarding my knee, & I feel absolutely great. I can only give him 5 stars because that's as much as I can give on yelp but he truly deserves much more than that. He is very caring & arranges his time on your own schedule. I highly recommend him as a chiropractor. I guarantee he will resolve all your joint problems!

I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Chao. I've seen many chiropractors, doctors, therapists, acupuncturists, and none were able to fix my pain and instead just prescribe pain medications or tell me I have scoliosis. I injured my lower back as a kid from dancing and have been suffering back pains for the past 20 years. My boyfriend kept pushing me to see him...and at first I was skeptical, thinking just another doctor... but what have I got to lose. When I met Dr. Chao, he asked me questions about my injury and pain and asked me to do certain exercises. I was able to perform those exercises simply with my right side, however, my left side struggled. He immediately knew the exact location to where my pain stemmed from and suggested ultrasound therapy to remove scar tissue that did not heal properly, thus causing the scoliosis! After a couple sessions, I can confidently say my back has never felt better and I've never felt more balanced. Dr. Chao is a very kind man, knowledgeable, patient and funny. I am a true believer of Dr. Chao's healing powers and highly recommend him to anyone with joint pains. He is truly a gem!
