Dr. Troung was my dentist for a few years, unfortunately his pracice is only open on fridays and saturdays. His receptionist can't keep appointments and does not know how to communicate with clients. If she could learn to properly call and cancel an appoinment when the office is going to be closed I would still be a client. I was given a hard time in January because I couldn't make it to an appointment that had previously been cancelled for yesterday's supposed appointment. In September I missed an appointment because I was given a date and not a real time I was told we will give you your time closer to the date, I called for 2 months in advance without an answer and when the receptionist would call back she refused to leave a message. I made it that day to find out I was an hour late, they had called me 15 min prior to the time they chose (which I did not know) as I was riding the bus (an hour trip there). All in all I wasted 16 hours of PTO time taking time off for appointments they could not keep $14 in day passes and 4 hours if travelling in the last year. If you do not have Friday's and Saturdays off and you dont have time to check to see if they are actually open when they say they are then this is not the place for you.

Doctor Robert Truong has been my dentist for many years. He is a genuine and responsible person. I cant thank him enoug for the services he has rendered all thease years. I can thank him enough for his ethics and honesty. In addition, he has given me valuable advice regarding some other health issues like insomnia and migraine headache that changed my life. I have never been so healthy and happy without using any medications whatsoever. I thank him and his staff from the bottom of my heart. He loves people and values their well being. Simin

This place is so awesome been coming here for 8 years and have never had a problem. Dr. Rob is very is very good and never hurt.
