Dr. Massoud really listened to the concerns regarding my teeth. I have always been fearful of going to the dentist, but Dr. Massoud put all my fears at ease. He is very well spoken and has a very calming presence. His staff are very professional and the office is welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Massoud for dental care. I dont think I will go anywhere else, I have found my Dentist for a lifetime. And thats always important to have! Thank you Dr. Massoud for always treating my family with respect and care.

I've been going to this dental office for over 3 decades. Dr. Massoud submitted a pre-authorization to Delta Dental and it came back documenting the fees that Dr. Massoud IS CONTRACTED to accept for a specific procedure, per his contract w/Delta Dental. For weeks I got the runaround from a woman in his office who told me they would not honor the contracted price, and that I had to pay 3x for the services. She (Michelle) said he doesn't make enough money off Delta Dental patients and that she is trying to convince him to terminate his contract with them. I was upset and called Delta Dental who verified that Dr. Massoud can't simply refuse to provide services for the contracted price, as he is under contract to do so. They've strongly encouraged me to file a formal complaint against him, which I will do. What a creep.
