I love this place. They have gotten out some really terrible stains (think greasy and chocolate from wedding attire) and do very clean alteration work.

Excellent customer service and beautiful job cleaning my throw, a cashmere sweater, and a silk blouse. Highly recommend!

Don't go. It's a Cash Only store, and really bad service and experience! The spots are still there after her "clean". She doesn't have machine in store so it costs more since they use other vendor to clean them also takes longer time for clothes come back.  I checked Google review saw it has 5 stars so I decided to try but I just realized these reviews are years ago maybe the owner changed. It was my first time also will be the last time.

This place, there were bad experiences for a friend and myself.My friend called there a few weeks ago.  The employee answering was "Rose", as the owner was out of town.As my friend was trying to get a question in, Rose did not have an answer (regarding the type and chemicals used in the cleaning) my friend asked if and she would forward the question to the owner... Well two weeks later no call back from anybody there.  Also, this Rose person seemed to want to shrug my friend off and not want to talk anymore, kind of blow off the customer.In my case, there was the same person.   I took my suit in.  She did not write my phone number, so that they can call me when this was to be ready. So, no text message or call, from them, as follow-up.  Another place nearby in Campbell is more professional and does the notification as part of the customer fulfillment process.  I had to call the morning of the work promised, to make sure.Also, when I arrived to pick-up the garments, I wanted to pay with my credit card...The employee, Rose, said that because of COVID-19 that they did not use credit cards.  So, I had to pay cash.  The cash has lots of germs and possible viruses.  Then she gave me my change, with cash she had in her hands, and of course a high probability of viruses with the contact of the case.I will not go there again. They lost my further business, and also my friend's potential business.  Customers in West SJ and Campbell need to be very diligent about who to give your business to.
