Most organized dry cleaners that I've ever been to. The shopping center is mostly quiet with plenty of parking. I think this Cleaners only has two people working everyday. They are very friendly and polite. They do blankets and alterations too. The prices seem slightly cheaper and are reasonable around the area. They honor their commit dates.

I am changing my original review since they found my jeans even though they insisted that they didn't have them.  Anyway, as they say, nobody is perfect so I accepted their apology.  I had a very 'ugly' review earlier but it's all good now.  I have been going there for 14 years, and will continue being a customer.  Just very frustrating because I got into a heated argument with the couple that owns it.

I've been to a few cleaners nearby me around in the East Side San Jose and after coming here, I feel like I will become a regular. They're very nice people, fairly priced and on time. Not to mention, they cleaned my suit better than most other places I've been to and followed my special request instructions. Don't hesitate to come here and give them a try!

If I could give these guys a -100,000%, I would. And, they accused of being thieves after we have been going there for more than 14 years? WTH? I dropped off some Black Buffalo Jeans ($69.00) to get them hemmed last week, and when I picked them up and tried the jeans on, they seemed to fit okay. However, what I didn't realize (after I got home) that these were Black Levi's jeans and not the ones that I left with them. The ones that I left were brand new, still had tags on them, and my size is 33, 30. The jeans also had a white tint on them and they were not completely black like the Levi's that they gave. To continue, I look at the jeans and not only did it say 'Levi's' on it, but the size was 32, 32. Again, my size has alwasy been 33, 30, so I immediately went right back to the cleaners to let them know. They kept on insisting that the Levi's were the jeans that I left with them which definitely wasn't the case. I even showed them a picture of the Buffalo Jeans that I left with them and although I said to take a picture so they could look for them in their shop, they said they weren't interested. Again, they just continued insisting that those were the jeans that I dropped, and even went to the point where they suggested we took the jeans home, but came back with a different pair of jeans. WTH? So, again, they were suggesting that I was a thief and they just left it at that. No, I'm out $69.00 on a pair of jeans that I just puchased, and on top of that, I paid $14.00 to hemm some jeans that didn't even belong to me. In closing, don't ever bring your clothes hear because this (Asian) couple cannot be trusted. The only reason that I mentioned them being Asian is because they do not speak English very well, so that was another challenge that I had to deal with. From now on, if I ever bring pants, jeans, etc., to be hemmed, I will definitely be taking pictures so that I don't have to experience this again. I'm just surprised that they treated me the way that they did after taking my clothes there for the last 14 years. In closing, avoid this place all together. This couple cannot be trusted.
