Vinci Park Elementary School

I have two children that attend the school I literally just dropped them off it is 36° outside and they want the children to eat breakfast outside I don't know but when I was in school we ate in the cafeteria despite the weather that's what the cafeteria is for this school does not do anything about bullying because both of my children have been bullied mind you my son a kindergartener was bullied by a third grader and nothing was done they talked to him that's it and on the same day he bullied another child I don't see how this school is still open there's no responsibility in this school I like the teachers but the principal she seems cool but nothing is done when issues are brought up to her

I'm never much to review anything, but the parking lot attendant Mrs. Jones and some other woman of Asian descent are downright rude and uneducated. There's an area for drop off that's in front of the gate where the kids enter for school and as they let so many other PARENTS drop their kids off in front they decided to let that end with my kids and argue with me about it! Telling me it was "unsafe etc." and that I had to pull all the way down where the exit was by the street. How is that safe? Where is the logic in that? They both had no valid answers when I responded to them. I think they were more shock than anything that I didn't listen to them and still proceeded to let my kids out in front of the gate where I can SEE them instead of them walking by cars with a blocked view. Make it make sense.

It wasn't until it was closed due to COVID19 that we realized how important this place is to us. We can take the kids and bikes there and burn off plenty of their energy, without even touching the car key. 4 small playgrounds and a pretty sizable lawn, this place deserve a special place in the kids memory.
