Called into get a repair on Amana PTAC provided model # issue to office. Mario canceled on 1st appointment then rescheduled 2nd appointment and finally arrived on 3rd appointment to tell me they do not handle Amana and proceeds to leave shoe covers I provided him to enter my home on my floor after asking if he would give us any recommendations. Rude, Unprofessional, get it together.

Scheduled an appointment but never showed up, never called, never returned my call. Shady. I won't give them another chance to touch my AC unit.

Caveat emptor I called A&R for our 20 yr old furnace's intermittent issue. In the end the only result of the visit ($95) was to sell me the idea of a new furnace ($7k!). I was told a couple of shocking untruths, e.g. "oh this model has recall, reported fires" (searched that, could not find it), "inducer fan is noisy, probably damaged creating pressure issue, replacing this *unique, special order* part will cost $900 + labor $1k (I found exactly the part for
