I met Cisco's company through my realtor. The first time I used him, he rescheduled several times but after bugging him, he eventually came over and performed a decent job. Initially he quoted a high price and came down a bit. Given that he was able to do the work before, I contacted him again for a second job when leaving the same place. The following will give you a clear idea of how (un)professional Cisco is... First, he agreed to show up and look at the place. When he came, he brought a stray german shepherd with him that he said he found on the street. Ok... so we tie him up outside and I show him the work that needs to be done. He said to email him with a follow up including pictures and he'd give me a quote. After sending him the email, he never replied. After a few days, I called him and explained to him for the third time that I needed everything completed by Oct 15th because I am moving out of the unit. He said "not a problem!" very confidently, and then never contacted me again. I tried repeatedly to reach out to him, and even let him know that ignoring me is unprofessional. On October 14th, I saw him sitting in his vehicle (presumably working on another customer's unit in the same building). He pretended not to see me. Today is October 16th and I still have not heard from him despite repeatedly reassuring me he could do the job. 2 stars instead of 1 because when he's doing his work honestly, he does a good job. However, max 2 stars due to lack of professionalism and willingness to put his customers into these type of situations where he promises things and refuses to deliver.
