STAY AWAY FROM THIS THIEF HOTEL!
COCKROACH ON THE BED!! There was a cockroach on the bed crawling on my arm!!!! Worst ever experience! I was sleeping deeply, but was woken up by a cockroach on my arm in the morning. Until now if I think back, it makes me uncomfortable and sick. Even made me PTSD after several months!
Whats worse, the housekeeping staff stole my gold necklace!! I left my golden necklace beside the washbasin and went out. When I came back, it was gone!! Im 100% sure it was stolen by housekeeper!!! I reached out to the security they only ask me to submit a loss and found report, and let me know they didnt find it later.
Stay away from here!!!

I am very disappointed in their customer service/policy. The reason why I was visiting San Jose was for a show, and it unexpectedly got postponed. I prepaid for this hotel three months in advance. I tried to get my reservation date moved to the new date of my show, and they refused! They said they have a firm no-cancelation/change policy.
It's not like it was cheap either, hundreds of dollars for one night that I'll never see again.
I'll take my business elsewhere for my new date and never attempt to stay at this establishment again.

Arrived here on Sunday night, all was well.. went down to breakfast the next morning, I couldn't find the breakfast area. No coffee station nothing. So I got back later that day and tried to order room service. A 52 dollar bill ended up totalling 85 bucks for all the fees. So I went to the bar down stairs instead. My salmon was undercooked to the point of suish status, and the amount of food wouldn't have kept a toddler happy. Then the shower situation was the worst. Luke warm water, no water pressure. So I messaged the front desk. Told them about it. Asked them to not send up maintenance since I was checking out the next morning anyways, yet here is a knock on my door. Maintenance said, that's as hot as it gets. Not okay. Then while trying to fall asleep, there was a weird whirring sound above my room all night long. Not to mention the bells that go off every half hour starting at 6am. Last bit not entirely important, but the coffee available in the rooms isn't labeled. You have no idea if you're drinking hazelnut, decaf or regular brew. Would not recommend. (Diamond member for 3 years)

Stayed here for 2 nights. On the second day, we decided to eat in the center bar lounge for a bit. A Signia hotel staff member walked by and shouted at us. Incredibly rude. Not sure why he would do such a thing. It was a small man with earrings. Beware of him.
