Establishment not up to the standard of the Hyatt hotel chain that I frequent regularly, poorly soundproofed, incessant noise from the neighboring toilets, noise from the air conditioning or external generator even though I had turned off my air conditioning in order to minimize the noise and finally the The hotel being at the end of the airport runway makes infernal noise given the poor soundproofing of the building. We stayed in this hotel because we had other family members staying here during a funeral. I would however not recommend staying here ever again. The double beds were extremely uncomfortable, the cable tv was complete static and our door handle was completely detaching from the door. Another frustration was when we asked for the room to be cleaned around 9:30am, when we came back around 4:30pm they were just starting to clean. Due to this we were late to an event because we could not start getting ready. Parking is extremely expensive and when we tried to leave one day they were pouring noxious chemicals (paint thinner scent) onto the floor that filled our entire vehicle and we had to wait 15 minutes while they cleaned up. The lobby was also constantly filled with gamers or traveling nurses. It was not a calming experience needed during this difficult time.
