Work was done qucikly, accurate and in a very professional manner. In two visits, they've installed a new mini-split system, fixed existing one and rebuilt a part of existing duct system connected to the central AC, eliminating a problem with a lot of noise in the room closest to the furnace. I couldn't beleive my ears after they've finished and I heard the difference. The price for everything was very adequate. Once discussed, it's never been changed. When installing a new mini-split, they thoroughly thought how to make the required outdoor and indoor connections been properly closed, protected and minimally visible and implemented everything in a perfect way. I highly recommend their service to everyone.

We got visits and quotes for at least 10 companies as this was a new process/investment for us. From the pricing being so different with massive differences of thousands of dollars ($20K-30K diff), to determining what was the best design for our house and needs, to evaluate the different brands and models, to confirm we could get all the possible rebates available I decided to hire Heating, Cooling & Appliance Technique Inc. I don't think I connected with Dzmitry on the first visit but I knew I wanted Mitsubishi and his price was reasonable when compared to the other 3 Mitsubishi quotes we got. Dzmitry is very responsive via email and phone, and will work things out with you to accommodate your multiple requests/changes. His team was very efficient, cleaned and organized during the installation. A few months ago we needed more flow going to one of the bathrooms and Dzmitry visited us and made the proper adjustments. It has been ~9 months since the installation and everything has been working great especially the electricity bill. Our previous winter PG&E bills were outrageous when using gas furnace and electric heaters for the bedrooms. We are very happy with the HVAC selection and installation completed by Heating Cooling & Appliance Technique. We recommend them!
