        Wanted to keep Allstate as an insurance company but the lack of communication an trying to get ahold of the people in the office is a nightmare. Requested a different agent but said I couldn't switch. They ended up charging me an extra month even after telling I was cancelling an sent it to collections without any warning. Terrible service an will tell everyone I know.
