        Weve been with them for years, inconsistent services and information given to us, as regards to COVID car insurance refund, we pretty much heard it from other friends agents and inquired about it with ours, definitely paid more for the impersonal touch, as a result we just switched to a different insurance company that will save us more than $1000 a year.
