I know things have been delayed due to covid but it's at least 8 weeks since we called in for a service call and another 4 weeks since the technician called and verified we need service. He said we will be contacted to schedule an appointment. Meanwhile we're still waiting. As many times as we called we were given attitude and gotten nowhere .
If you are behind in schedule at least let us take another technician and reimburse us but they won't allow this either.
I hate writing negative posts but maybe this will get me service
