JOAN The person who is always at the entrance denied me service in Spanish, telling me that today there was no one in the branch who spoke Spanish! My first procedure was carried out by Mr. Frank, who is very kind, well, they take me to the waiting room and I see him, I ask him if he can help me and he says yes! Why do they deny service at the entrance, why do they discriminate?
